(NBC) - An Arizona woman accused of hoarding cats for a second time says she takes good care of her animals.
81-year-old Lucienne Touboul of Wittmann was arrested Wednesday on 26 counts of animal cruelty.
The arrest came two years after another arrest.

PHOENIX (AP) - Gasoline prices in Arizona have fallen to an 11-week low at the pumps heading into the Memorial Day holiday weekend. Officials with Triple-A Arizona said Thursday that the average price around the state for unleaded regular gasoline is $3.76 a gallon at the pumps. (More)
