Kidnapping suspect appears in video court, held on $500,000 bond

TUCSON - A 15-year-old girl escaped an attempted kidnapping on the eastside Sunday afternoon, according to Tucson police.
Police officers arrested Alberto Martinez, 22, and booked him on attempted kidnapping and aggravated assault charges.
