TUCSON - A court appearance today for a recently resigned Tucson Police officer. Andrea Middleton has been indicted on three counts of computer tampering.

TUCSON - New details on the man who, police say, was driving drunk when he hit and killed a Sun Tran bus driver last month.
Enrique Hernandez is charged with 2nd degree murder and leaving the scene of an accident involving serious injury or death.

TUCSON - The commander who was forced to turn over his firearms by a court order is asking the judge to reconsider.
