TUCSON - The man who was shot in the head in midtown this afternoon did not have life-threatening injuries, and told police he does not want to press charges against the shooter.
Tucson Police tell News 4 that the man was shot in the head at 511 E. Speedway this afternoon. He was alert and conscious when police arrived.
