A Blazing Cowboy Ribeye from Gringo Grill and Cantina

Chef Scott Rackliff from Gringo Grill and Cantina stopped by the News 4 Studio to show us how to make a Blazing Cowboy Rib eye.

Here is what you need:

16oz B/I ribeye 16 oz
Cowboy rub 1.5 oz

Ingredients for the rub:

Spanish paprika 4 3/4c
Brown Sugar 50oz
Cumin 1 1/2c
chili powder 3c
garlic powder 2 1/3c
onion powder 1c
dried oregano 1c
black pepper 1/2c
kosher salt 1 1/2c


1. Grind fine as possible
2. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly
