TUCSON - Today's high of 108 in Tucson tied yesterday's high and marks the hottest temperature reported at the airport in more than 300 days.
Each day this month has featured highs above 100 degrees. There is no relief from the heat on the horizon.
Tucson has never reported a June where all 30 days have been above 100 degrees. The most was 28 days back in 2004.
Despite the monsoon beginning on Saturday, no rain is in sight.
