TUCSON - An Amphi High School teacher's aide was arrested on sexual misconduct charges Tuesday.
Police say an off duty officer was notified by the school's staff that 22-year-old Clarice Lee had sexual conduct with multiple students.
Detectives learned during the investigation that Lee allegedly had sexual conduct with three students during lunch on Jan. 18 while 3 other students watched. Police say Lee had sex with two 18-year-old students and sexual contact with a 16-year-old.
One student captured it on their cell phone, Tucson Police spokesman Sgt. Chris Widmer said.
Lee was arrested and charged with four counts of sexual misconduct with a minor. Lee has been employed by Amphi High School since August 2012 as a teacher's aide for special needs children.
