TUCSON - The Steele Children's Research Center is getting more than half a million dollars from Tucson's Angel Charity.
Angel Charity has awarded $537,230 for clinical trials, through the Children's Oncology Group. This will give local kids access to all protocols available nationally, and will expand the basic cancer research at Steele Children's to increase the development of new future treatments.
