TUCSON - One more dry day before the Monsoon ramps back up.
Moisture is slowly increasing along the International Border, according to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish. This leads to a slight chance of a stray storm or two for Nogales, Sierra Vista & Douglas this afternoon. Areas north stay thunder-free as Tucson tops out in the 100's for the 45th time this year.
A southeasterly flow aloft returns Monsoon moisture to all of southern Arizona tomorrow through early next week, leading to a daily round of storms. The most active day looks to be Thursday, as a mid-level disturbance increases scattered thunderstorm chances.
