Bank robbery suspect identified thanks to Crime Tips

TUCSON - A bank robbery suspect has been arrested by Tucson Police.

After several 88-CRIME tips, 52-year-old Vincent Mark Cesare was identified and charged with 2 counts of armed robbery, 5 counts of aggravated assault, and 5 counts of kidnapping.

The incident happened in the afternoon of September 6th at the U.S. Bank at 7685 East Broadway.

After an investigation, detectives learned that the suspect entered the bank with a gun, pointed it at the bank employees and customers, forcing them on the ground.

After he was given cash, he left the area.

He's booked in the Pima County Jail.
