Barber pulls ahead in District 2 race

PHOENIX (AP) - The back and forth ballot count continues for Congressional District 2.
The hand-picked successor to former Democratic Rep. Gabrielle Giffords has, for now, pulled ahead of his Republican 2nd Congressional District challenger as votes continue to be tallied from Tuesday's election.
According to new votes released Friday afternoon, Democrat Ron Barber leads Republican Martha McSally by about 600 votes.
