Bloody Mary Shrimp Cocktail


2 cups of tomato juice
½ onion, finely diced
½ red, yellow, or orange bell peppers, finely diced
Horseradish, to taste per preference
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Dash of salt and pepper
2 slices of bacon, diced for garnish
Splash of lime juice
Hot Sauce (Optional)

To cook:

4 - 6 pieces shrimp, grill or cook according to preference
Make your Bloody Mary, season to taste
Add diced vegetables
Arrange shrimp in serving dish
Pour Bloody Mary over shrimp & garnish with bacon
