Body dumped on a dirt road near the airport

TUCSON-Three homicide in one week for Tucson Police Detectives. The latest one occurred on the far southeast side. In the area of Country Club and Old Vail Connection Rd near Tucson International Airport.
It was on a dusty desolate road where a passerby made the gruesome discovery. Sgt. Chris Widmer says, "The victim was found laying on his back with his shirt over his head, with obvious signs of trauma."

The Crime Scene Unit photographed the area, and the victim. Police say it's a Hispanic man in his 20's. They're not releasing the identity until next of kin is notified.

Sgt. Widmer says, "He has a lot of injuries, we're not sure where they all are from. Obviously he's got some blood on him."

But there wasn't any blood where his body was found. The 20 year old man was in the middle of the road surrounded by desert. It's also a dumping ground for furniture and landscaping materials.

So police say he may have been killed somewhere else and then dropped off.

Tucson police say they need your help to solve this case. If you have any information call 88-CRIME, or 9-1-1
