UPDATE: Tucson Police have identified the 22-year-old man killed in an accident on Pantano Road on the city's east side Sunday night. Investigators say Daniel Jacob Drakin Hart was the only person in the car when it went off the road at a curve, striking a concrete pole, a fire hydrant and a metal utility pole.

TUCSON - About 2,400 Tucson Electric Power customers are in the dark near Prudence and Golf Links after a car hit a power pole Sunday night.

According to TEP, restoration efforts are ongoing.

Tucson Fire says a vehicle hit a pole at 2121 S. Pantano Rd., before 10 p.m. Officials say one person was injured but their condition is unknown.
