Carnitas Sliders from Gringo Grill and Cantina

Here is what you need:

Ingredients Details

Carnitas 6oz
Jicama 0.5oz
Cilantro 0.25oz
Apple Chuttney 0.25oz
Green Cabbage 0.0125oz
Pork rub 1oz
Cider vinegar 0.5ea
Apple juice 8oz
Slider bun 3ea

Preparation Instructions
1 Fine jullian cabbage, jicama, cilantro
2 core apples and apply pork rub, grill and dice apples
3 cook apples in apple juice until tender
4 combine jicama, cilantro, remaining rub, vinegar, cabbage, apples
5 heat carnitas, grill bun
6 put carnitas on bun and add slaw
