VAIL - Vail School District leaders are hoping you'll recognize about a half dozen teens caught on camera breaking into Cienega High School in the early morning hours Thursday.
Nemer Hassey at Cienega says it appears to be an end of year prank gone too far. The students spray painted "Empire High School" and vulgar messages all over the buildings. Hassey does not believe the students were actually from Empire, however.
The vandals also did quite a bit of damage to doors, including putting super glue in the keyholes.
The video was taken at 1:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 15.
If you have any information about the vandalism that occurred at Cienega High School, contact Nemer Hassey at 879-2894 or firstname.lastname@example.org or the District Hotline: 879-1111
