Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients Details:

Chicken Broth 4 oz
Carrots 0.5 oz
red onion 0.5 oz
celery 0.01 oz
chicken breast 3 oz
avocado 1
pepper jack cheese 0.5 oz
Tortilla 1

Preparation Instructions
1 Season and grill chicken breast, cook through, shred chicken
2 Jullian corn tortilla, fry at 350 until crispy
3 sautee carrots, celery, onion, when tender add chicken
4 add broth bring to boil
5 place chicken and veggies in ring mold
6 put avocado and cheese on chicken and veggies
7 add broth and tortillas and remove ring mold
8 Enjoy!!
