Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in customer management, is hosting an off-site career fair this Friday for its contact center in Tucson, Arizona.
Interested candidates are invited to attend the career fair from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 18 at the Double-Tree Hotel - Reid Park, 445 S Alvernon Way, Tucson, AZ. Candidates may also apply online at http://careers.convergys.com.
New employees will provide inbound customer service support to clients in the healthcare, cable/Internet, and financial services industries. Convergys is seeking both English-speaking and bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants.

Potential employees must have exemplary customer service skills and computer literacy, and prior sales experience is desirable for some positions," said Dan McKelvy, site leader for the Convergys contact center in Tucson.
