As the Supreme Court hears cases this week on gay marriage, Facebook users are showing their support for equal rights by making their avatar red.
The viral move on Facebook to use a red version of the Human Rights Campaign logo spread while the nation's justices considered arguments on the matter.
The people of the Internet quickly appropriated the image with "remixes" of the original.
