Family argument leads to stabbing in South Tucson

SOUTH TUCSON - South Tucson police are investigating a stabbing that sent one man to the hospital with critical injuries Thursday night.

In an email, Lieutenant Jeff Inorio said it seems the man was stabbed during a family argument. It happened sometime before midnight, on the 100 block of E. 30th St. near 29th Street and 6th Avenue.

The victim is an adult male and his injuries appear to be life threatening. Police have not released his identity or if they have made any arrests. Detectives are investigating what led to the stabbing.
