We are officially in Week 2 of our "Fit 4 '14" challenge and we're getting our first look at some of the progress we have all made. The hard work both in and out of the gym is paying off for all four of us, and it's becoming more and more obvious this competition is going to be tough.
Our trainers at Amped Fitness say we're all right on track, since they recommend losing a healthy 1-2 pounds a week. They also measured John's body fat with calipers and took a few of my measurements as another way of tracking progress. Happy to report the two of us are down on those two fronts as well.
We were also excited to hear several of you weighed in last Saturday to take this journey with us! Congratulations and good luck!
