Fit 4 '14: Week Two Update

So far so good. One week of hard work, sweat, and inspiration from the physical trainers at Amped Fitness, Danielle Lerner and I are feeling motivated to remain undefeated against KIIM-FM.

But this contest won't be easy. We are working out 2-3 times a week at the same time as our competitors, Shannon and Porkchop. We can see how hard they are working and how much their trainer, Jayson Rider, is pushing them. Good thing our trainer, Bryan Mashburn, is equally motivated to help us achieve success.

The guys at Amped run us through a variety of exercises focusing on core, cardio, and continuous motion. We are doing some weight work but there's much more floor work, crunches, planks, burpess, mountain climbers, bicycle sit-ups, and several other exercises I would rather not think about until Bryan makes me do them.

It's not easy but working out with Danielle and competing against our friends at KIIM-FM makes it less difficult and much more fun.

We'll keep updating you on our progress and hopefully we'll inspire many of you to join in on the fun. Let's all get Fit-4-14!
