TUCSON - Another morning freeze, but the big thaw is days away.
Daytime highs reach the mid 60's under mostly sunny skies today, according to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish. This comes off the heals of the 18th morning with temps at/below 32 degrees this year, as the Tucson airport dropped to 31 this morning.
High pressure parks over the southwestern states the rest of the week, bringing daytime highs 5-10 degrees above average by the weekend. Sunday looks to be Tucson's first 80 degree day since January 23rd.
