TUCSON - The Gospel Rescue Mission, one of the benefactors of News 4 Tucson's Season 4 Hope, will be hosting its 23rd Annual Christmas Street Banquet on Wednesday, December 21.
The banquet will be held on the barricaded street in front of the Gospel Rescue Mission's Men's Center, located at 312 W. 28th St. Over 3,500 traditional turkey dinners will be prepared for guests, complete with all the trimmings. There will be live entertainment, as well as placemats and table decorations crafted by students from around Tucson. The dinner will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Gospel Rescue Mission will also be holding a Children's Party from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a hot dog lunch, candy, and Christmas presents, donated from the community.
