Gourmet Girls Gluten Free Pork Ribs with BBQ Sauce


2 Racks Pork Ribs

For the Dry Rub:

1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
½ tsp chipotle powder
Combine all and mix well. Store in airtight container.

BBQ Sauce:

1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper


Combine all and set aside so flavors meld together.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat pork racks well with dry rub mixture, wrap in a foil and bake for 3-4 hours or until very tender. Coat with BBQ sauce to taste and serve with plenty of napkins!
