Gringo's Cantina Pizza


10 oz pizza dough
1 oz of cured tomatoes
1 oz of Spanish chorizo
1 oz of roasted garlic
2 oz of queso fresco
3 oz of manchego
.5 oz of basil
6 oz of pepper jack cheese


1. Oil pizza pan and stretch dough in the pan.
2. Spread sauce evenly on dough, leaving the crust free of sauce.
3. Spread cheese and other toppings on pizza.
4. Place in oven at 500 degrees for 15 minutes.
5. Cut, serve and enjoy!
