TUCSON - This morning on Tucson Today, Meteorologist Jeff Beamish previewed Madera Canyon's plans for International Migratory Bird Day on May 4th.
There are several bird walks that are slated to step foot in the Santa Ritas. Most hikes are easy, while a few are of moderate difficulty with elevation gain and stream crossings. Hikers will be able to take in the sights and sounds while spotting some rare birds that call Madera Canyon home.
Some bird walks require registration and space is limited. Click here for more information on May 4th's International Migratory Bird Day events at Madera Canyon.
