4 ½ cups corn flakes
1/3 cup dried fruit
¼ cup slivered almonds
¾ cup peanut butter
½ cup honey
1/3 cup brown sugar
¼ cup whey protein (optional)
In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, combine the peanut butter, brown sugar, honey and whey protein.
Mix with a whisk until smooth.
In a large bowl combine corn flakes, dried fruit and almonds.
Combine the two bowls and mix well with a spatula until blended.
Line a large cookie tray with wax paper; spread out mixture evenly and refrigerate for thirty minutes.
Cut into pieces to your liking and enjoy!
