Today on "Let's Make a Meal," Chef David Matias from Teresa's Mosaic Cafe stopped by to make Chocolate Oaxaqueno.
Here are the ingredients:
1 gallon of whole milk
1 pound of chocolate Oaxaqueno bars
1 stick of cinnamon
In a medium to large pot, heat milk and cinnamon over medium heat. Once the milk has begun to simmer gently, add the chocolate bar into milk and allow to soften. Once bars are soft, use a whisk and stir vigorously until well incorporated. Using the whisk, make a frothy layer and serve hot with fresh bread for dipping.
