Let's Make a Meal: Jamaican Style Veggie Plate


Recipe:

1/2 red tomato- diced
1/4 sweet onions- diced
1 stock scallion
1 teaspoon habernero
1/2 chopped garlic
1/2 cup cocoanut milk
1 teaspoon butter
1 lb bak choy
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 bell pepper

Take skillet
Sautéed
Vegetable oil
Onions
Peppers
Garlic
Tomato
Scallion
Habenero
Bell pepper

Sautéed for two minutes
Then add
Bak choy
Cocoanut milk
Butter
Pinch of salt and black pepper

You can add any other vegetables if you like.
