Let's Make a Meal: Lamb Chops with Mint Jelly

Today on "Let's Make a Meal," Chef Gordon Canup from Steak Out whips up lambs chops with mint jelly. Here's the recipe.


Lamb chops

  • 2 orders of lamb chops
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • add salt to taste

Mint jelly

  • 1/4 cup of raspberry preserves
  • chopped up fresh mint.


Combine olive oil, rosemary, fresh garlic, black pepper and salt in bowl. Rub lambchops in seasonings. Cook lamb chops to desired temperature on grill or saute pan.

To make the mint jelly, combine raspberry preserves with chopped up mint. Mix together and serve with lamb chops.
