Making Caprese

TUCSON-Today Chef Jesse Sandavol for The FiX Arizona's Mac n Chz Headquarters stopped by the studio to make Caprese.

Here is what you need:

The Caprese (minor size portion)
• 1/2 cup Chz sauce
• 2 1/2 cup noodles
• 1/4 cup tomato
• 1/4 cup cream chz
• 1 shake of basil
• Pinch Mozzarella

Top with Mozarella and shake of Basil and Corn Meal
To prepare we mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, place in our serving tin, add toppings, and run through our conveyor oven for a final bake.
