TUCSON - Pima County Sheriff's Department busted a marijuana grow house in a neighborhood at the base of Mt. Lemmon.
The home is on the 12000 block of East Horsehead, near Snyder and Soldiers' Trail. Tuesday night, PCSD's Fugitive Investigative Strike Team and the U.S. Marshals Arizona Wanted Task Force arrested Jennifer Parcelluzzi and Zachary Morales.
Sources tell News 4 Tucson, "There was a significant amount of pot being grown inside one of the garage areas." Also found on the property - numerous weapons - including assault rifles.
The FIST Unit had felony warrants for the duo's arrests for possession of marijuana for sale involving a case with Tucson Police, but when officers arrived and learned of the grow operation, the warrant was amended to include marijuana cultivation.
The couple will make an appearance via video at Pima County Courthouse at 9 a.m. Wednesday morning.
