TUCSON - Another round of isolated storms possible to wrap the weekend.
Our monsoon ridge of high pressure will keep just enough moisture around to support some hit or miss storms. Best bet for storm coverage this afternoon will be from Tucson and points south and east. Those storms that do develop will be capable of heavy rainfall and strong gusty winds.
A daily round of mainly isolated storms will remain in the forecast through the start of the work week. Thereafter, dry air tries to settle into Southern Arizona limiting our storm chances to the mountain tops for Thursday and Friday afternoon.
