TUCSON - Tucson sees second straight day with near record temperatures.
The Old Pueblo topped out at 84 this afternoon which is just 2 degrees shy of the record for November 24, according to Meteorologist John Patrick. Today marks the fourth straight day with temperatures in the 80s and another one is on tap to round out the long holiday weekend. High pressure hangs strong on Sunday with a forecast high of 82 accompanied with sunny skies and winds at 5-15mph.
A weak low pressure trough traveling through the Rockies will drop daytime highs back into the 70s by Monday. We are still expecting temperatures to remain above average through the upcoming work week but highs should hover in the mid 70s. Little weather worries expected for the southwest as we round out the month of November.
