Nestle recalling half a million Lean Cuisines

TUCSON- Nestle is recalling more than half a million Lean Cuisine mushroom mezzaluna ravioli meal.
They say some consumers have reported finding glass fragments in the product.
The meals affected have a "best before" date of December 2013.
Nestle is offering replacement coupon for the product just call Nestle customer service at 1-866-586-9424.
