TUCSON- Today Dominic Palmieri from The Midway Gourmet stopped by the studio to showcase some of the food at the Pima County Fair.
Today he made brisket burger. Here is what you need:
Combine and Mix well
1/2 lb 80/20 ground beef and
Add 1/2 lb ground Brisket meat. (Your grocer can usually grind a few pounds if you request in advance).
Add 1 tsp salt
1 tsp course fresh ground black pepper
Divide ground meat into 2 or 3 pattys depending on thickness you want.
Cook over medium high heat to 145 degrees. Med well. On BBQ grill or stove grill top.
Place on top desired sliced cheese to melt.
Add Lettuce and Tomato
Biggy Burger Steak Sauce
3 oz smokey bbq sauce
1 oz A1 stake sauce
Dash of Chipotle.
Mix well and spread on top of meat.
