TUCSON - Today on News 4 Cooks, we put together something for the beginning of Lent.
Maria Mazon from Boca Restaurant stopped by the News 4 Tucson studios today to make Fish Tacos. Here's the recipe:
Fish Tacos
1 filet tilapia
4 corn tortillas
2 cups of canola oil
1 1/2 cups of flour
2 cans of beer
Cabbage
Guacamole
Salsa of choice
