News 4 Cooks: Ribeye Cheese Steak

TUCSON - Today on News 4 Cooks at Noon, Mike Bonk from J. Marinara's stopped by to make Italian Ribeye Cheese Steak. Here the recipe:

Thinly slice 5 oz raw ribeye steak
Preheat pan on medium
Add 1 oz olive oil to simmer
Add steak
Splash worshire sauce
Add 1 oz chopped pepperoncini
Add 1 oz chopped bell peppers
Add 1 oz chopped white onion
Saute
Add 3 slices fresh mozzarella until melted
Lay over a freshly baked 7 in roll
Top with Italian herbs
