TUCSON - Today on News 4 Cooks at Noon, Chef Juan Suazo from Taqueria Juanitos stopped by to make:
Torta Asada
Feeds 4-6
2lb of flank steak
Salt
White Pepper
Garlic salt
Mix together- seasoned to taste
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
Mix together
Take the seasoning, sprinkle on the flank steak Place in pan and cook to taste
Bread: Mexican bread- telera
Place steak in bread
Add
Onion
Cilantro
Salsa
Sliced avocado
Chopped lettuce
Before placing steak and side on bread, grill bread with mayonesea, cook to taste
