TUCSON - Today on "Let's Make a Meal," Chef Mike Bonk from J. Marinara's stopped by to make:
6 oz of hand tenderize veal
6 oz of marsala
4 oz mushroom
4 oz veal stock or beef
2 oz of garlic, shallots and butter
3 oz of olive oil
pinch of salt and pepper
Lightly flour veal, then slightly brown it with some pink still showing.
Put the veal off to the side add garlic, mushrooms, butter, shallots, marsala and veal stock.
Then reduce down till thick, add your veal back in. Cook for 30 seconds maybe or till nice and hot.
Put veal on a plate and cover it with the marsala sauce and you are done ready to serve.
