Not as breezy today, rain chances increasing this weekend

TUCSON - Not as warm and not as breezy for the midway point of the work week.

A cold front passing to the north kicks up the winds around 20 MPH, according to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish. High temps reach the mid 80's this afternoon in Tucson under mostly sunny skies. Winds ease up after sunset this evening.

Models are trending toward a slight chance of showers Saturday, with the best odds across Graham and Greenlee Counties. Gusty winds and cooler temps are on tap this weekend, with highs only reaching the mid 70's.
