TUCSON - Two men who share the same birthday now share a tragedy that landed one in jail and one in the morgue. ,

Justin Kitts, 33, has been charged with second degree murder after a deadly rollover near Magee and La Cholla, over-night.

The midnight crash killed 33-year-old Ricardo Perez. Kitts was taken to the hospital but is now in jail.

Pima County Deputy Tom Peine tells News Four Tucson that alcohol was a factor in this incident.
