PCSD: 3 suspects carjack cab driver

TUCSON - The Pima County Sheriff's Department is asking for help identifying 3 suspects who carjacked a cab driver.

On Wednesday, at 6:30 a.m., deputies responded to the 2900 block of West Via San Andrea, west of Mission and San Xavier, for a report of a stolen car.

According to deputies, a 54-year-old cab driver picked up a man and two women from Casino Del Sol.

When the cab driver drove to where he was told, the man and one of the women pulled out weapons, they told him to pull over and demanded money.

The cab driver refused and he was thrown out of the taxi and his money was taken.
