TUCSON - Fine December forecast as we head into the final few days of the year.
A persistent ridge of high pressure sits off the Pacific coast the next several days, according to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish. Expect mostly sunny skies this afternoon as highs reach the mid to upper 60's. Temps tomorrow take a small hit, with Tucson peaking in the low to mid 60's.
Sunshine and 70's is the call as we ring in the new year. If you have plans for New Year's Eve, temperatures drop near 50° during the evening hours.
