UPDATE - Tucson Police have identified the body found in a burnt out car on Thursday afternoon as 23-year-old Louie Sagala.

TPD Sergeant Chris Widmer says Sagala was a victim of a homicide, but details are limited.

Police are asking anyone with information to call 9-1-1 or 88-CRIME.

TUCSON - Police found a body in a burned car Thursday on the eastside.

At about 3 p.m., officers responded to a burning car near Kolb and Irvington, Tucson Police Department Sgt. Chris Widmer said.

After the Tucson Fire Department extinguished the fire, a body was found, Widmer said
