TUCSON - The cool stretch to start the month is officially over.
High pressure builds over the west this week, according to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish. As a result, southern Arizona sees ample sunshine & highs well above normal. Expect afternoon temps to reach the 70's for the first half of the week.
The Old Pueblo makes a run at the 80's by late week. Mid 80's are possible Friday and Saturday, which is well before the average 1st day for the mid 80's (March 15th).
Jeff will have a complete look at your True View 4 forecast this morning on Tucson Today & on News 4 Tucson at Noon.
