UPDATE: Jan. 1, 2013: Tucson Police have arrested 32-year-old Daniel A. Rodriguez on suspicion of being connected to the Ten's shooting on Dec. 30.
Rodriquez was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, discharging a firearm at an occupied structure in furtherance of a gang, being a prohibited possesor and tampering with evidence.
TUCSON - Another gun shooting at Ten's, another homicide victim.
Police responded for the second time in a week to the midtown nightclub early Monday morning in response to hearing shots fired.
Officers found 32-year-old Anthony Holguin suffering from gunshot wounds in the parking lot of the nightclub, located in the 5100 Block of East Speedway, a release detailed.
He was later pronounced dead after being rushed to the hospital.
Tucson Police suspect the shooting to be gang related. They believe a fight at the club escalated to the shooting, spokeswoman Sgt. Maria Hawke said.
A white SUV was seen speeding away from the nightclub. Police located the SUV but an unknown number of occupants fled, Hawke said. A search with a K9 unit turned up one suspect, who has been detained for investigative purposes.
This is the second shooting to take place at Ten's. On Dec. 22, 4 people were shot in the parking lot. One of those victims later died from the injuries.
