TUCSON - All signs point to the most active day Tucson's seen this Monsoon.
A mid-level disturbance interacts with ample moisture to develop scattered storms, according to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish. These storms should move into the metro late this afternoon/evening. The potential exists for a dust storm & flash flooding.
Because of the storms, the triple digit streak of 39 days at/above 100° comes to an end today. Tucson is forecast to top out in the upper 90's.
