TUCSON - High winds have knocked out the lights for 1,000 Tucson Electric Power customers Monday.
Most of the outages are near Ina and Interstate 10, where about 790 customers have no electricity, TEP spokesman Joe Barrios said.
Barrios says the outages are wind-related. There are downed power lines but Barrios did not have immediate details on where. News 4 reporter Lupita Murillo reports there is at least on downed power line on Sunset and Sunray.
